About

David Wright began photographing Real Estate in 1985. David freelanced for several real estate magazines photographing homes in black & white then having to process the FILM (yes, he is a dinosaur...lol) and print the photos in B&W... a lot of work to get the results the publications needed.

He then began shooting slide or transparencies on a larger medium format size camera for Homefinder Magazine. Averaging 350 homes per month in Pinellas and Pasco Counties was crucial. David built solid relationships with the magazine and their realtors. He began offering twilight and interior photos which built more business for the magazine giving realtors more than just quickie photos.

David had a great working relationship with many top realtors for Coldwell Banker. Thanks to several of the agents referring him to corporate he became the

Coldwell Banker Previews photographer for his area. Now, the twilight, interiors, watering driveways and other attention to details was put to great use! Magazine covers, post cards and flyers helped the realtor to promote their listings and gained them a competitive edge!

So many regional and national publication took notice

and his photos made their covers.

Platinum Publishing LLC was a publisher of high end builder catalogs. David traveled extensively around the Country taking care of the Publishers builders and their

loyal subcontractors.  The Builder Catalogs featured advertising i.e. sub contractor kitchens, landscaping, designers etc. with advertising that supported the Builder. The more homes a builder sells the more work for the sub contractors! A WIN-WIN for both!

In 2007-2010 when the building and real estate market collapsed David shifted gears and went into event photography! Now HE IS BACK with photographing his love of architectural photography!

David is now on a whole new level of architectural work! Grasping technology and with his marketing background he provides high quality AFFORDABLE images to Builders, Realtors, Designers etc. EFFECTIVE, AFFORDABLE with VERY POWERFUL marketing tools to promote them in our Social driven World!

If his work has been this effective since the 80's imagine what his work is like now armed with the mad computer skills he has!
